Ingredients:
Whole Chicken
Mix of veggies
Olive Oil
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Oregano
Crushed Red Pepper
Paprika
Rosemary
Oven Bag
After washing the veggies, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Mix well.
For the chicken seasoning, in a small box add olive oil, salt, crushed black pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper, and paprika. Mix well
Add the chicken into the oven bag and coat well with the chicken seasoning. Secure the oven bag and make small holes. Place the filled oven bag in a baking dish and add 2 cups of water. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Make sure to remove the oven bag after cooking and serve your meal of chicken and veggies. Optional to broil everything for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
